Review on 📟 Dakota Digital SGI-100BT Speedometer and Tachometer Interface - Universal Upgrade for Enhanced Performance and Compatibility by Craig Sethuraman

At first I didn't want to buy this one because of the price (too expensive for the price) but after other failed converters on the market (not many) I broke down and bought this one. I bought this for my 2JZ which was replaced by 240sx. It works great for speedometer and tachometer. The setup via Bluetooth with my Android cell phone is particularly nice, works great. But they also offer device setup if you don't have a Bluetooth phone. I particularly like the frequency tester to know if everything is connected correctly. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality, not the price. I would recommend this to others but there aren't many options so unfortunately it's your only choice. As a side note for others if they are also replacing a 2JZ-GE 240sx (S14). My wiring looks like this. : Ignition+ to 12V ignition source Ground to vehicle ground point. Speed / input to the output of your 3-wire speed sensor on the transmission. Speed/Output 1 on R/Y on the back of the gauges (connect either directly to the gauge or to the connector under the fuse box in the engine compartment and leave the R wire unattached. The L/B (TACHO) wire is that on connector F3 which usually comes from the factory computer Now for the software side (via bluetooth software) /LowCalibration Value: 2.0 Speed Unit: MPHTach Setting: Fuel Type: GasInput Cyl Count: 6Input Type: HighCalibration Value: 1.0 Output Cycle Count : 4 Output Voltage: 6-18V
