This is an attractive and functional harness. I bought it along with the collar I bought for our dog a few months ago. It looks nice and is holding up well after a few months of using it 2-3 times a day. I also washed it (by hand) after it got dirty playing with the dog and it cleaned well. It's comfortable for our dog, looks stylish and doesn't require constant strap adjustments. Our dog can't pull, but he resisted pouncing on a squirrel or we had to pull him away from riding in awkward stuff. The sizes of these harnesses are very odd, although they appear to be made for barrel-shaped dogs. with a neck almost as big as her chest. Our dog is a 26 pound beagle mix (mostly beagle) of normal proportions and a healthy weight. According to the size chart, he should be medium-sized based on his chest size. However, he had the smallest chest measurement for a medium size (22 inches) and his neck and neck-to-chest measurements were much smaller than the size chart for a medium size. So I bought a small one and it fits great. We have the chest strap in the largest position and the neck strap in almost the smallest position. Wednesday would be huge. So if your dog is between sizes based on chest measurement, I would recommend going down the smaller size unless your pup has a massive neck.
