The model I received snaps onto the vent of my 2020 CX-5 and seems to work fine. This model does not require glue or magnets. English instructions are not clearly written. If you can't read Chinese, you must be able to decipher the chart and the parts of the article do NOT match the chart. For example, there's a part I'll call (1) that's a bit triangular on the diagram, but the corresponding part on the object itself is rectangular. Here's what the diagram doesn't tell you: you need to unscrew the cap from the other main part, which I'll call (2), and then slide the small ball part (3) through the cap into part (2) until it snaps into place. Then screw the cap back into the part (2). With the rest of the assembly, you'll probably find out.
