They work as advertised with two problems: As with other reviewers I found they didn't stay in place very long, around a week if only placed once. I then marked their position on the insole and taped it with GOOP and now they stay in place. Another issue that others and I have noticed is that they are made of relatively soft rubber which makes them stick to my sock. when I try to glide over them. Not a big deal, just something you can control when you put your shoes on. Other than that, they seem to hold up and get the job done.
