This is the worst cordless vacuum cleaner I've ever tried. I have Samsung cordless vacuums, Dyson cordless vacuums and an Oreck handheld vacuum. I bought this Raycop vacuum cleaner specifically for the UV disinfection function. From day one nothing happened at all. It was so weak it took top speed to lift anything and the battery died in 11 minutes before I finished a room. Then, after less than 2 weeks of use, it broke. The UV light did not turn on and the roller did not rotate. The worst is their customer service. They must accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked, but they don't accept returns even if they were damaged. After several emails and weeks of fighting, they finally sent me a return label but deducted the shipping cost from the refund. In addition, they charged 10% for a "restocking fee". What replenishment? Are you planning to sell a broken vacuum cleaner? I bought an additional Samsung vacuum cleaner (for less money) and am much happier with it. Cleaning is also much faster with Samsung than with Raycop.
