I would give this chair a 4 or 5 star but warranty support doesn't seem to exist. I couldn't find any information about this anywhere. My chair arrived with a broken handle. I contacted Amazon and their only offer was to send me a brand new chair. I have tried to find out what the warranty covers but there is no way to contact them. I just want to replace the armrest instead of spending money to replace the whole chair and who knows if I'll be able to do that now when all goes well. So, great chair, comfy, armrests fold down perfectly so I can push the chair to my desk when I'm not using it. I have a bad chair. It happens, I wouldn't bang my chair over it if there was actually something I could do to fix it.
