Review on ๐Ÿพ Advanced In-Ground Cat Containment System by PetSafe by Beny Teller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The system has been working for two years - it works - so the advice.

fencing for more than 12 hours a day - this takes time and planning. We choose the loop method. We have a rectangular backyard with a two meter high wooden fence. Cats could fly over it in one jump. So, starting with the transmitter, we ran a loop across the entire backyard, six inches off the ground. (Attached the wire to the fence and buried it four inches deep where there was no fence. Then we looped the wire at a height of five feet, being careful not to get the wire closer than three feet together there if this would be the case you will need to scrape/dig two trenches when going in a loop in the ground, each 3-4 feet apart (so they can't jump up and over the boundary wire) TIP: run the wire short PVC- Piece where it comes out of the ground so it doesn't get cut off by lawn mowers or lawn mowers in PVC cases.) We drilled a small hole in the house and ran wires to connect the transmitter inside the house. Grounded outside. We did all this two years ago and everything has held up great. Invest in a waterproof box. Wire nuts if you're like us The cat won't fly over the fence because the wire is so high The cat can't climb the picnic table or tree and fly across the ground. It really works. Easier than protecting the house from children!
