Excellent straightener, does what it says on the tin. The order was processed and delivered quickly. I'm taking off a star because of all the reviews I've read online about the Glam Palm, everyone who's received it has described everything that happened to it. Two styling clips, a nice travel case and a protective case was what they got with their straightener, I got a protective case, a travel case but not the ones I see on the official site, no styling clips at all. I was disappointed that I didn't get these items as this is a more expensive iron and when you shop for luxury Asian items you get used to the fact that these added extras add a sense of softness that was missing in this case :-(
