Review on Air King 9166F Whole Window by Tammy Freeman

This is a high performance fan. I've been using the fan almost continuously for over 6 months, varying the speed from low to high and using it as a suction and exhaust fan. I've installed it in windows and even used it as an attic fan in my garage. Recently someone in our house tried to light our toaster and filled the entire first floor with smoke. I turned the fan on the 2nd floor window to maximum, the 1st floor window cracked, after 5 minutes the smoke was gone. The smell lasted longer, but for that I needed an ionizer. I've been keeping an eye on the amps/watts consumed and my unit is actually running more efficiently than the specs say. I also expected a drop in performance, but to my surprise, my anemometer confirmed the factory specs! The unit I ordered was missing fasteners and I didn't really notice until a few months later. When I contacted the manufacturer, Lasko, and inquired about ordering the missing parts, they offered to ship it to me for free! Great way to do business. So I ordered another one for my mother's house. Very happy with the product and customer support. Delivery and shipping went smoothly. Although I didn't receive all the parts, I noticed that the after-sales service was excellent.
