My mom has no idea what Wi-Fi is. It was horrible going to her house without communication. The only connection was to a desktop computer in the office with a modem. For my own sanity, I looked for the cheapest router with good reviews on Revain and found this one. It's very easy to set up and works great for me and my mom who I taught to set up my phone on it. off, you know what goes where. My mom had to rearrange and rearrange the furniture and had no problem putting it back where it was labeled. I also recommend putting a note on the router with the IP address and password as she forgot it several times but could only look at the note I left there. She likes that she can have a password for her wireless network as she didn't want anyone stealing her internet. For $20 you can't access the internet wirelessly. Signal is strong even on the second floor, no complaints. She called me with no problems and I installed it 2 years ago. It's still working when I arrive.
