The device works well but I hope this explanation will save you a headache. There are actually two ways to connect this switch.1. The LED is always on. Connect blue to plus, black to plus on the device and brown to minus. With this wiring, the internal switch is only between black and blue. This is basically the default and only schematic shown, but it will confuse many, including me, if we want the light to only turn on when the switch is on. The LED lights up when the switch is on. Connect black to plus, blue to plus and brown to minus. The switch is now between black (positive) and blue (positive for the device) and black and brown (LED).
