I love cheap LCD tablets for taking temporary notes, helping kids with math, or just for drawing, so I had pretty clear expectations of what I was going to do. Received when I bought it on a lightning deal. Unfortunately, this tablet isn't as good as the others I've used. able to register lines thin enough to display text equivalent to writing on a notepad with a wide ruler. on par with a standard marker, making it pretty bad for note-taking or calculations. I think it's actually because the screen flexes too much when writing, so the pressure (which switches the very small LCD pixels to transparent ones) is a bit too high The color is nice and the screen gets very deep and consistent blacks, but there's no reasonable way to get the level of detail shown in the product images. It's not worth sending back, but I have to order the best for my purpose :(
