The first impression, the packaging is very nice. The case is made of plastic, but it looks very nice in this white color. The headphones fit perfectly in my ears. I have older Bose earphones and they are a bit big and sometimes they hurt my ear after using them for a while. The package includes a USB cable for charging. I just wanted it to be a little longer. It's about 12 inches long. HOW TO USE: The headphones come with some sort of instructions, which are mostly just illustrations and not much narration. So I had to understand what the picture means. After spending a few minutes I was able to figure it out. I was able to pair it with both my Android phone and the Surface 6. The only feature it doesn't have is the power button on the earbuds themselves. To turn it off, you have to put the headphones in their case. If you don't use it and don't use it, it stays in pairing mode. I think that's why the power didn't last as long as I wanted. Also, there's a small button inside the case between the earbuds and I'm not sure what it's for. That's not in the instructions. When the power is low, you will hear a low battery voice. My house is two stories and I was surprised that it could connect to my laptop on the second floor while I was on the first floor. , the package also includes a 40% discount coupon for your next purchase. SOUND QUALITY: For $50 headphones I didn't expect these headphones to have very good sound quality. I like to have a little more bass in my sounds and these headphones have very decent bass. Of course, they still don't compare to my Bose headphones, but they sound way better than my other headphones, headsets, etc. The noise-cancelling feature now minimizes ambient noise when in noise-cancelling mode. I would say it's about 80-90% cancelled. I could still have my fan about 3 feet away from me. But as soon as you play music on it, it disappears completely. The Ambient Sound or Transpery mode in the manual amplifies the surrounding sounds. I like it when someone talks to you, you don't have to take off your headphones. The packaging says they are waterproof. I haven't been able to test this, it's a feature I don't care for as I don't spend much time in the water. In general, these headphones are very decent. You just have to learn how to deal with it. Once you get used to it, it's very easy to use. And again I like the sound that comes out of it.
