Review on 🚰 Enhance Your Kitchen with DELTA FAUCET RP29405 in Chrome: Effortless Style and Functionality by Dhoal Shankar

Incredible transformation of the faucet - looks amazing. Works great, but the instructions are the worst imaginable.

This kit helped me replace the leaking valves in my old 1500 faucet with parts to make it look like a new 1700 faucet. The new model is really nicer than the original 1500, so I'm very happy. It also has a new showerhead that's a lot better than the old one in terms of smoothness and water flow control - it uses less water but seems to wash away soap almost as well as my old, more wasteful device. Less water flow but still good head jet movement means I can hear my phone news or music playing above the water when I put it on the door, which I've never been able to do before. The kit contained all the parts needed for a complete makeover of the old machine - everything is included except for the bodywork that attaches to the water pipes. Keep in mind that the instructions that come with it are absolutely grim. You are incomplete, incomplete, incomplete. Terrible. So pay close attention to how the flimsy parts fall apart when you take out your old valve so you have a better idea of how to put the new parts in place than the instructions will give you. But you have to think a lot about that. Right Fortunately, Delta Customer Service is very helpful and will answer all your questions when you call them. I spoke to them about 3 times to get it done. Josh and Tey were the guys I worked with and they seemed the most likely as I randomly called one of them twice. The faucet is now working great and great. Also make sure to save the screws that secure the chrome disc around the faucet to the wall - in my case the new screws were a different length than the original ones and could be too short in some situations. Figuring out how to lock the little knob that controls the temperature is tricky but important. It only goes one way and just snaps into place. Attach one side and then snap the other side into place. To remove, all you have to do is pry where it last clicked - write this down for your notes so you know where to pry in the future, and don't pry the end without a squeeze and break the thing! Once it's on, there's no way to tell which end is the snap-on end and which is the set end.
