My life was so hard before air purifiers! I live in Southern California, where wildfires are common, and in a suburban area near two freeways, a railroad, and a small airport. Smoking is also allowed in our communal apartment. I already had an old and big air purifier that I got from Korea a long time ago, but I didn't have a chance to buy new filters as they don't make them anymore. Since the 2020 wildfires were raging and I was stuck at home most of the time due to the coronavirus pandemic, I bought a $160 air purifier of similar size and performance. It worked well but made a rattling noise even at minimum fan speed. I finally got the chance to buy it and I felt it was much better and worth the price ($120). It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect, like-new condition. I like that it's almost inaudible on the lowest settings and that it even has 5 fan speeds. I like that it also shows the air quality right on the screen instead of guessing by smell. It's a little awkward to change filters by turning the whole thing upside down, but it's good that I don't have to change them as often. The medical mask is better at 99.9% particle filtration (meaning it can filter out the coronavirus), but the Store mask is ok at 99.7%, which filters out just as much as the non-medical face masks I have sluggish. Daily. I love that it's small enough to fit on my kitchen counter but powerful enough to filter food odors while cooking. I even tried putting it in my bathroom as they are renovating the ground floor apartment and the smell of the paint is coming in through the vent. I also like that the cleaned air goes up to circulate air to the roof (when the smoke rises) as opposed to the other one which shoots us in the face. Overall the Storebary c350 is definitely value for money and is great for small apartments for those struggling with allergies and air quality in their area!
