I was afraid to find a belt as I now wear 54x29 dress pants and most belts are small even in the next size up, but I bought 56 and it was long enough to use two notches instead of sucking in to get one and then digging around with other straps all day. If I lose weight I will be buying more of these pants as my pants are shrinking in size. I don't know about the durability but it lasts a few months, I'm not complaining about the price. Goes great with my work pants.
