Review on πŸͺ‘ Enhance Your Dining Experience with International Concepts Unfinished Dining Chair with Casters by Brian Crockett

Nice but the armrest broke in half

These chairs are very good. You are strong and attractive. The problem is that I fully assembled and glued the chair except for the armrests (they come last) and when I unfolded the armrests, which looked good through the plastic wrap, one was broken in half. Now I have a disposable chair with an armrest. I took photos. It's so broken it's beyond repair and I couldn't have done it myself. I contacted Revain to get a replacement part but they said I had to return it (I explained that this was not possible) or they could give me a refund of up to $24. It does not help. If you are lucky enough to get all the parts in good condition these chairs are great. If you're not that lucky, you're going to end up doing a lot of legwork because of someone else's mistake.

Pros
  • Solid Parawood, a hardwood in the rubber family with the strength of maple and the density of birch
Cons
  • No mold required
