I installed these on my 2013 RAM about a month ago. About 2 years ago I replaced the factory dampers with monotube dampers, but I didn't like their stiffness, especially on bad roads. They're much smoother on rough roads, but definitely don't feel fluffy or "soft". Highly recommended.
