This is my second collar from this seller. Since I have a corgi and he can fit the size chart by weight, he has a thick neck due to his breed. Initially I settled on a grid that was too small and a collar that I donated to a local rescue organization. After consultation with the seller, the purchase price was quickly refunded to me and I ordered more in large quantities. Now my fat neck/head corgi is happy.
