My son and I have used them on our open water dives, advanced open water dives and nitrox certification dives. I can confirm that the flashlight works very well to a depth of 112 feet. We never had any problems with him. The only downside would be that the chargers are very slow. I fixed this by buying a better quality charger and some extra batteries as a backup. Our dive master was very shocked at the price we paid for our dive lights as they were much brighter than his and he paid significantly more. Overall we were very very satisfied.
