I'm not impressed at all. The parts that came with my vacuum have lasted a long time and I have never had any problems with them. It was time to replace it and I saw this product and after seeing all the good reviews and everything decided to give it a try. But. I installed the roller (and spare cover) and side brush. The first roller I installed didn't even vacuum up the dirt and made a loud bang. I watched the vacuum cleaner go by and every bit of dirt was still on the floor. I put my original parts back in and it's cleanable again as usual. I tried the second roller in this pack and this time it made no noise but it continued to clog and the cleaner stopped. I don't know how it can be that bad because the product looks great this way, but it isn't. I'll see if I can get parts direct from the manufacturer.
