Excellent quality fabric. A previous buyer posted a photo of the tag on the skirt and said it is on the outside. She was wrong. This is the inside of the skirt. You just had to turn it over. I'm 5ft 0, ordered medium and this skirt was too short. This article also made me look like a red sack of potatoes, so I'll be back. If you are tiny and don't have curves I'm sure this will look great. If you have hips and buttocks, think differently.
