Service/delivery was relatively quick and the company is pleasant to deal with. Shipping information provided so you know what's going on. As for the product, however, it leaves a lot to be desired. The material is very light. I measured a standard light coat hanger this morning and the wire size came out to be 0.095 inch with my micro caliper. I then measured the wine glass stem material and it showed 0.082 inches. Now it is very light and bends easily. Not happy but likely to keep but wouldn't order if I knew the facts. This information was not provided. Just be aware that they may seem too light to you. I can use them in the closet but outside in my bar it's very disappointing. Others I've seen are closer to 3/16" to 1/4" material which is three times heavier. Spend a little more and buy heavier ones.
