Poor job assembling these products

The back of each of the bolts inserted into the bell understand that after we have made the first two half of them will break off from all each of these bolts Inserted , the whole half of it broke off and broke horribly badly and and the flare on the one that the holes in the back are drilled off center and the bolts don't go in their centers they are all off center I can't believe anyone called me back I did handed it in today, i got it and i still haven't heard from anyone, that's how i feel.
