The most helpful thing about this system is how easy it is to use. It has an intuitive interface which makes tracking repairs much easier than other programs I have used in the past. There are some features missing from this program such as being able to create multiple job orders or having a better way of showing when parts were delivered or picked up. This program also does not allow me to add notes directly onto invoices. If you need a system with ease of use then look no further! Tracking repairs very quickly so we can bill our customers quicker. We're also seeing what we've missed during previous months. I like that it allows me to keep my entire fleet of trucks organized and easy to locate. It's also very user friendly. The customer service can be hit or miss depending on who answers the phone. Sometimes they are great and other times they don't have a clue as to what you're asking. I use EMDECS mainly for tracking repairs and keeping up with our fleet. We also utilize its functionality in regards to preventive maintenance. Nothing really. It works well for us.
