The belt and buckle are of high quality and good looking. Many pants will require you to remove one of the buckles to thread the belt through the loops, but the instructions say you must do this, so that's not a disadvantage. The process is very simple. I was a bit skeptical about the rubber band before buying it, but it works great. The downside is the size. I am a 36" pacifier and bought the medium (36-42") fearing the little one would be too small. Since the length of the strap is not adjustable, the tail is too long in my opinion. I would appreciate if the company offered a wider range of sizes.
