I was initially impressed by the strength of the rods of this product. After drilling holes for anchors in my wall, I found that this product would not level out. The welds on some of the bars were made in such a way that they could not be bent to keep the corners square. Also, the shelves didn't fit between the bars. I had to use a table saw and cut out the shelves to fit the bars. The piece of metal that the cups and glasses hang from was also too long to fit between the bars and I had to use a saw to saw it off to fit. After all, the shelf is clearly not square, but I decided to leave it. It's like I've already made a few holes in my wall. It looks good, although when you look at it, it's clearly not straight forward.
