Works well but is clunky

I used it on a trip to Italy and Spain. This worked well in most places. In one hotel, the plug was so loose that the weight of the plug kept pulling it off the wall and I had to use a piece of furniture to push it against the outlet to keep it plugged in. Otherwise it worked well, although quite awkward to wear.
