I expected the curling iron to be excellent based on the description, price and reviews. However, after several attempts to use this curler, I am completely dissatisfied. The curler's size is much smaller than others, so it's harder to hold unless you have tiny hands and thin fingers, which I don't have. After holding, I have a hard time positioning the lashes in the opening because it is too narrow (compared to my old curl which costs 5 times less, this curl has an opening that is less than 1/2 wide ). Because it's uncomfortable. It's also difficult to keep it applying a smooth motion when curling the lashes so I end up with lashes that look jagged so I have to go over and try curling the lashes a few times to smooth them out . The jagged effect has never happened to me with other curlers. At first I thought I just needed to practice with this curling iron, but every time I use it I get frustrated with how difficult it is to get nice loose curls. Since this product doesn't do the job it's supposed to, it seems pretty useless to me.
