I have bad knees but they have been bad since birth (a small defect that causes pain). I had surgery a long time ago but at my age (older) my knees have deteriorated to the point where I will need knee replacement surgery. However, these Cho Pat knee pads have brought me great relief. I had an old one but only had one and had to use it on both knees. This twin pack gave me what I needed and I have a spare. Since I always leave one at home, I always have two on hand. They really work without strain and loss of blood flow to the entire knee orthosis. However, they are out of their league if they work really hard.
