After reading other reviews I was a bit skeptical about the assembly. Luckily it was a piece of cake. There was a comment that said to just take your time and really pay attention to following the chart and it works. No one should ever be "rushed" with a gathering of any kind. In any case, the table is what I wanted, namely a wider work surface (from the keyboard to the base of the monitor). I wasn't sure if it would happen, but now I can place a 32-inch curved Scepter monitor and a Corsair MM700 mouse pad on the base without overlap. 24 inch fits perfectly. This also makes the rest of the room appear spacious. Definitely recommend tables with shorter sides. My previous table was only 19.4 inches, which makes a big difference, and it was only $5-10 more than my old table, so definitely worth the few bucks. I only gave it a 4 for durability but that was as I expected. for a table at this price 5 stars overall for me.
