Review on 🎶 Marantz NR1200 Black AV Receiver: The Ultimate Stereo Experience by Adam Pietras ᠌

Before that, I had a Yamaha-HTR2866 AVR with 5 bands. The difference is striking even with the Yamaha NS-333 is striking: A LOT of air in the highs, much denser mids and lows (as far as 333 allowed). Then I bought additional Focal Chora 826 floorstanding speakers. The picture has changed dramatically, but it’s already hard to say what the receiver’s contribution is, since I haven’t listened to others. So far very happy with the purchase. There is enough volume reserve - more than 70 out of 98 becomes very loud - I feel sorry for the neighbors (I never felt sorry for them with the previous one).
