Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for drywall, good for softwood

This is a great blade for cutting drywall - quick, clean cuts and minimal dust. I've used it extensively and cut out damaged sections of drywall for replacement. It leaves a very clean edge so you can carefully insert the new section and hide the seams. I've also used it to cut thin sheet of plastic (1/4 inch) and it did a great job with smooth, clean edges. Just don't apply force to the tool - make it slow and steady with each MultiMax cut and you'll be happy with the results. I've also used it on wood and it does a good job on light work and softwoods. A 3/4-inch wood-to-metal blade is better for more difficult woodcutting tasks, but it gets the job done (albeit slower). Cheaper than other wooden blades which is a plus.

Pros
  • Reciprocating Saw Blades
Cons
  • Mostly Good, But...
