Once you get the hang of it it becomes very easy. I wanted something strong. I didn't want any of those ultra-thin, lightweight shoe racks with plastic trims and woven fabric. It is made of metal and feels strong and durable. Each shelf offers enough space for high heels and shoes. I wear size 10/11 and my shoes fit. My problem with this was that one of my racks was defective. There was a hole in the net. I was very disappointed with that. But otherwise it seems good. UPDATE: This company is amazing, they saw this tiny mistake and were willing to help me and THEY HAVE. To be honest I'm impressed with how great their customer service is and how quickly they got in touch with me to help. I will be making more purchases from this brand. Fantastic customer experience.
