Review on Pack of 6 Vacuum Replacement Pleated Filters for Black + Decker SVF11 2-in-1 Cordless Lithium Stick by Jennifer Rogers

My 87 year old mother needed a replacement filter for her discontinued Black and Decker cordless phone. She liked this particular vacuum because it was light enough to use after a stroke. We tried to convince her to try another vacuum cleaner, but she insisted Black & Decker was too perfect to give up. That meant finding a replacement filter. Of course, the easiest place to find him is in Revane. The description says that this filter is compatible with your vacuum cleaner. When I saw the pictures it didn't look compatible but it was specifically listed so I ordered it thinking it would fit somehow. This filter is NEVER compatible with the three models listed as HSV320J, HSV420J and HDV520J. (See photos) I was able to take it to Kol (who accepted returns for Revain) for a full refund. Normally I wouldn't worry, but my mother has a steady income. One email from Revain said I need labels and another said I don't need them. As the weather was very rough and I didn't want to go back to Kolya a second time, I spent time printing the labels but ended up not needing them. It was freezing cold weather so the returns process was frustrating as all of this could have been avoided if someone at Black & Decker had taken enough care to do their job well and hassled others who need to make returns and checked the compatibility of the Filters I'm just looking at the photos and doubting the fit. I'm sure a lot of companies sometimes use return difficulties to increase their revenue, but honestly I can't fault this company because when it came down to it we called Black and Decker and begged for a replacement. Filter that fit and they sent the same one. So the hunt began for a replacement vacuum that my mom would love as much as the discontinued Black and Decker. We ended up finding the Shark VacMop, which is a bit more expensive due to the cheap filters you replace every time you use it, but my mum can vacuum and mop at the same time, which for some reason blew her mind.
