I use this for my Motorola Z Force phone, love it! It holds my phone VERY securely even when I'm driving on VERY bumpy gravel roads. The magnet is so strong that if you don't grab the back of the phone, the holder will keep the back of the phone on it when I get out of the truck. I installed it on a horizontal surface, which allows me to rotate the phone the way I want it. The adhesive that came with the mount still holds it very securely. I live in the northern part of the US so it's not as hot as some might experience. I like it enough, I bought one for the car too.
