. Works great. It's a bit strange to understand at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. I only did the earlobes and not over the middle ear, no cartilage or anything so can't comment on that. It's MUCH better than going to one place and paying $45, and it's uneven half the time. The earrings that come with the set are good, as are the sizing options. Super happy with this product.
