Wouldn't recommend it.

I loved buying these mugs to make vegetarian mugs for the cafe in the bazaar. However, after filling the cups, we could NOT close the lids. So I took an empty one and couldn't put it on (my friend tried too). As if the cup were too big for the lid. We ended up sealing the lids with tape. I'll probably throw away the lids and use the cups as drinking cups. I gave the mugs 5 stars because they are strong, durable and great value. The reason for the one star overall was the inability to use the lid properly. I know I wouldn't buy them again.
