Review on 🌬️ Marmot Trestles 15° Women's Cold Weather Mummy Sleeping Bag by Todd Foster

My girlfriend used it on her first hike and was very satisfied. lined and slept in light merino wool underwear with a wool hat and wool socks. Temperature was 40F both nights, no wind. The tent was REI Half Dome Two Plus. She found the sleeping bag kept her warm, but worried that she would need extra layers if the temperature dropped much lower. The zipper kept getting caught on the exhaust pipe, but opened easily. She really couldn't handle the laces (although I attribute that to her inexperience) and couldn't fully close the bag. Otherwise it had enough space and she found it very comfortable. The stuff sack could be a bit bigger to make it easier to fill the bag. Generally, she will use this bag again provided the temperature doesn't drop below 35°F.
