This grease gun works very well. I like the pistol grip, the point of the needle and the rubber grip on the tube. I also like the light color as it stands out in my shop when I'm shopping for a grease gun. I found it unusual for a grease gun to have the option of a straight connector or a 90 degree connector to connect the grease hose to, but it's pretty cool that it can do that. Seems like other reviews claim it doesn't work. There are air pockets in the grease hoses and you must deflate them for any grease gun to work properly. It's actually quite simple, just leave the tube slightly slack when you put the crown back on, then gently release the plunger until it's fully compressed. Then tighten the tube and continue pulling the trigger. There may still be air in the system and there is a vent you can press on your head to release that air. Be patient the first time, it will probably only happen when you use it.
