I bought this Colman Quickpump (rechargeable) to replace a previous model I had for about 3 years. First let me say that the NiCd batteries in this and other devices that use the pump have a limited lifespan. I find the rechargeable version of this pump to be the most convenient for camping as electricity isn't always available. manufactured to original standards for all the applications I need.
