*revised 5 February 2016 *You are not an authorized Monster retailer but after contacting TopGoods through the Revain marketplace I got an hour later from Cheryl, a service representative from TopGoods Customer Support. She said that the defective cable has a 1-year replacement or money-back guarantee. I opted for a replacement cable which also comes with a new 1 year warranty. Excellent service and extremely quick replacement. I contacted TopGoods 2 days ago and the cable should arrive tomorrow. I didn't even have to send them the defective cable. It worked great until the right angle connection came loose and the connector shell started to separate. The product description says "Cable for Life" and manufacturer's guarantee: Limited Lifetime. I would like to know before shipping to Monster as they exclude all items unless the seller is an authorized dealer and charges $50.00 for returns. Please answer. Thanks Edward.
