The monitor wasn't double boxed and the cartoon had to be a bit fiddly. There were several holes in the packaging, but the monitor was not damaged. I send items double boxed and expect all items sent to me to be double boxed. When you pick up something from a store, you can inspect the packaging before you bring it in for inspection. I won't bother with it anymore in the future. I received 5 items in their cardboard packaging and all had very serious problems with the packaging integrity. This is not how you run a business if you value customer loyalty.
