25mm in Micro Four Thirds is equivalent to 50mm in full frame cameras. The Micro Four Thirds promise is to make both compact cameras and compact lenses. That's a feat for full-frame cameras, and mirrorless cameras with an APS sensor can't match it. Enter the Olympus 25mm f1.8. This is a sharp lens that delivers fast and accurate autofocus in a very compact size. If you like shooting at full aperture, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how good this lens is. If you need an all-weather solution, check out the Olympus 25mm f1.2. However, the 25mm f1.8 is still a great prime lens that has found its way into my kit. The four lenses I use the most are the Olympus 12-40mm f2.8 PRO, 25mm f1.8 and Olympus 40-150mm f2.8 PRO and the Sigma 56mm f1.4.
