My Epson said I needed to replace the black cartridge which I did. Then in the same breath when I tried to print the sheet it said my cyan was blank now so I did that and tried to print again and now the pblk was blank. But every time I checked the ink levels, I had more ink. Didn't receive 10 pages from this box of 3 plus the extra pblk and black cartridges I should have ordered. I had to do a test as soon as I put in the new ink and it was of very poor quality. I just wanted to print my car insurance cards. After all, I did it and nothing else. I had to buy 5 packs of Epson ink for $80. This is the second time I've bought EZlink cartridges and the first box wasn't much better.
