Review on Sound Tinnitus Therapy System® S 680 02 by Shakira Loper

I purchased the Sound Oasis Tinnitus Sound Therapy System on September 9th, 2018 and received it on September 12th. It initially worked very well in terms of sound quality, alarm setting and time setting up to now; 01/21/2019. I tried changing the alarm setting and the up and down buttons just didn't work. Then I turned off the machine and tried to reset the time and alarm but the buttons are broken. I am extremely disappointed. I was hoping to use this system for at least two years and it wasn't that cheap compared to some others. I don't know if I can go back. I would be happy to send the item back.
