The only way to fix this problem is to disable Call Enhancement, which is a shame because otherwise Call Enhancement improves voice quality significantly. § Volume control is cumbersome and only works for music and mobile, not Microsoft Teams call volume § Less convenient than Bose 700 § Noise canceling is OK, but not as good as Bose 700 § Mobile notifications pause music § Loss of mobile connection Problem - § Earlier in the day the headset lost connection with my PC and I couldn't use it for Microsoft Teams calls § I reconnected the headset to the PC § I updated the headset firmware to version 1.4.19 § After the update: □ The speaker is muted at the beginning of each new call and needs to be manually reactivated via the Microsoft Teams client. □ Any change in speaker volume (on PC, via Microsoft Teams or with a headset gesture) will mute the speaker. All subsequent attempts to change the speaker volume will be disabled. The speaker can be activated from the Microsoft Teams device speaker mute/unmute icon. I ended up returning this item and using the Bose 700.
