Pleasant smell, good care
Professional groomer. I like the dilution speed. It seems to work the same as other shampoos I use but diluted about 32:1. It's honestly the best thing I've ever used to soften really thick, rough fur. On the other hand, I never use it on dogs that need bodies because of their "too soft" coat. Use on soft-coated dogs that require clipping is counterproductive. But if you have a coat that needs softening, this product is the bomb! The smell is a bonus. So pretty!
