The device works great but the design is bad. Saw hair reduction after two weekly sessions. By that I mean that the hair didn't grow as fast, if at all. I knew the sessions would take some time but with a push of a button it took twice as long and was frustrating. After preparing the device and choosing the strength, place the window on the skin and wait for all the lights to come on. turn green before you can shoot. The red light turns on when the window detects an error. Pulling the trigger while the red light is on will decrease your power setting. It takes a few taps to bring it back to full strength with a delay between settings. It was like this: set full power, position window, prepare to shoot, whoops, burn out the red light coming out of nowhere and change the setting. shoot 4 instead of shoot 3, wait click 2, wait click 1, wait click 2, wait click 3, wait click 4, wait click 5. Position window, all green oops, red light out of nowhere, back to 4. I repeat. So annoying. Find another device with a separate switch for power and trigger. Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.
