You may need to trim this about a half inch or so regularly as it will come loose within a half hour. The teeth are small and blunt, the buckle mechanism is small and weak, the belt insert is too small to bite the belt, the belt material is very thin, fragile and cheap. When removing the belt, it is almost always torn. There are much better options out there like the Marino that actually work and are better straps overall. I would avoid this and take random 5 star reviews here with a grain of salt. Apparently written by people who flaunt belts loose, always handle them very carefully, don't eat more than a green salad, no. Don't breathe too much and don't rely on them to hold your pants.
